Transit Center Redevelopment, Bryn Athyn, PA

2009 Green Futures Achievement Award. As project landscape architects for the Philmont Avenue Corridor Study, Brenton Associates provided planning recommendations for redevelopment adjacent to the Bryn Athyn SEPTA station. Other recommendations included streetscape improvements, riparian buffer restoration, and stormwater retrofits. This project was recognized by the Montgomery County Land Trust with a "Green Futures Achievement Award". |

Safe Routes to School, Tredyffrin, PA
 |
As project landscape architects, Brenton Associates assessed landscape impacts to existing roadside plantings and prepared tree preservation and landscape restoration plans. Brenton Associates prepared streetscape illustrations to assist the community in visualizing the restored roadside landscape. The restoration plantings will use native tree species to diversify the tree canopy. This project integrates transportation, stormwater, and landscape factors. |
