OIC International
Headquarters, Philadelphia, PA
Brenton Associates, inc. was responsible for design and implementation
of Phase One Landscape improvements for this property in the Tulpehocken
Station National Register Historic District. These improvements
include design of perennial accent plantings, restoration of balcony
planters, conversion of a hazardous exterior stairway into a planter,
selective pruning and plant removal, and relocation of a building
identity sign that obscured significant architectural detailing.
On-site perennials and masonry construction materials were salvaged
and re-used in the new design.

Glen Burnie Bancorp Corporate
Headquarters, Glen Burnie, MD
 |
Brenton Associates provided
comprehensive landscape architecture services for the bank's
new corporate headquarters. A twenty thousand square foot
addition is tastefully located behind the older colonial
style structure on the town's main street. Brenton Associates
designed a fountain and vest pocket park mediating between
the corporate office and main street. The brick and limestone
used in the plaza respond to the architecture of the headquarters
building and to the church building on the opposite corner.
The vest pocket park expresses the important relationship
between Glen Burnie Bancorp and the community it serves. |
