Candler's Yard, Baltimore,

This project within a stone's throw of Baltimore's
Inner Harbor involved the transformation of an old alley into a
delightful community courtyard. The developers had purchased rowhouses
on both sides of the alley and reconfigured the property to create
a larger common area. Brenton Associates worked with the community
association to create a vibrant commons.
