We are proposing a revised concept. The revised concept incorporates many of your comments about how you would like to see the property used. Many of you expressed a desire to have a social gathering space. A shelter with outdoor cooking facilities is also proposed and an expanded refrigeration area for the store. This revised concept provides for more intensive use of the yard area. What do you think?

Creating a landscape plan for the Chestnut Hill store’s backyard is a once in a life time opportunity. There are within our Weaver’s Way community world class horticulturalists and garden designers. The challenge in this planning process is to be willing to put aside pre-conceived ideas of what this landscape should be, and bring forth the best ideas that our community has to offer. Our commitment in this planning process is to produce a plan that incorporates the best ideas that the community has to offer, and that each and every participant know that their ideas have been authentically heard.
